We are seeking a full time C-Level Executive Assistant to work with our ambitious COO. As an Executive Assistant & Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing very high level administrative support to the COO with a can-do attitude. You will assist with a variety of needs to effectively extend the executive’s bandwidth and ensure that the executive’s time is used in the most efficient manner. This position requires flexibility, organization, and the ability to move at a fast pace.
About You
You have at least 2-5 years experience. You know how to work with a busy executive and keep them supported every step of the way.
You’re great at thinking ahead and being proactive. You can anticipate the executive’s needs and take the initiative to address those needs.
You’re a pro at multitasking. Keeping a lot of plates spinning doesn’t make you break a sweat.
You’re analytical, methodical, and work with a high degree of accuracy. You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.
You're a team player. You have an open mind to learn from others and you are confident sharing your ideas with all levels of the organization. You realize working and collaborating with others creates better outcomes for you, your executive and our company.
You are flexible. You are willing to practice adaptability in our fast-moving, high-growth environment. You understand change is a part of daily work and you’re comfortable keeping a fast-pace, working in some ambiguity and striving to get clarity through excellent communication.

The target compensation range for this role is $72,000 - $80,000, based on qualifications and experience.
